Annie’s Practice

We begin with an invitation for you to share about you, your wishes, dreams and challenges. I want to know what is important for you, and I listen. We collaborate to help clarify your goals, and develop enjoyable practices to help you towards developing skills and a way of being that leads to more satisfaction in your life. We work together during every session to assure that you have resources and practice ideas that fit your lifestyle. My skills include Integral Coaching, enneagram informed personality exploration, non-violent and parent-child communication techniques, embodiment coaching, and CBT informed counseling.

Most people spend a lot of time thinking. That’s great. We tend to be rewarded in education and in our jobs for lots of thinking, remembering stuff, generating goals, and seeking outcomes. But when is it time to check into what else is happening, in our emotions, and in our bodies, perhaps what we are longing for? When these parts of ourselves begin to connect with each other, we can feel more grounded and calm, more focused, even while we are busy and working hard. We might discover what our blind spots may be, and where we might be wasting our energy, and what we can do about it. Becoming more aware and integrated leads us to new goals, new plans, and more meaningful and joyful connection with ourselves, with others, and with the world!
